''Brusqeulia costispina'' is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in Brazil (Espitiro Santo). The wingspan is about 10 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is whitish, sprinkled with greyish. The suffusions and strigulae are grey.
